seriously, being a chef is just one of dozens of "yeah that'd be pretty cool, i could do that" career paths i've toyed with. culinary school is expensive though, and i don't know that i'd want to work in a restaurant. even just waiting tables was stressful to me because of the time crunch. but maybe catering/event planning... who knows!
